BCD Travel appoints Edoardo Priori as managing director, Italy

UTRECHT, The Netherlands, April 17, 2023 – Leading travel management company (TMC) BCD Travel announced the appointment of Edoardo Priori to the role of managing director (MD) of Italy after a successful six month tenure as acting MD, Italy. Priori will continue to oversee the complete operational and financial responsibility for BCD Italy, a wholly owned entity of BCD Travel.

BCD Italy has five offices located near its customer bases in Milan, Turin, Treviso, Florence and Guardiagrele employing over 300 people. BCD Italy serves large multinational corporates and a host of small and medium sized businesses for both their corporate travel and meetings and events needs.

While Priori and his team have deployed all of BCD’s innovative technology across their client base, they never lose sight of the importance of authentic relationships. They are proud to manage the travel needs of over 250 customers including Bank of Italy, GEA Group, Carrefour, Fosber and Teamsystem.

Priori joined BCD with a decade of experience in the legal field. He started working at BCD as a legal consultant in 2018 and advised the executive team on all legal issues affecting the business. In September 2022, he was appointed acting MD for Italy with a focus on client retention and acquisition. Furthermore, he worked on the global integration to streamline processes and bring the full suite of global solutions to clients in Italy.

As Italy’s MD, Priori reports to Senior Vice President, Europe Joanna Greenfield who oversees growth in Italy, France, Benelux, the U.K., Ireland and the European Service Center.
