Three-quarters of travel buyers lack knowledge of the ISO 31030 guidance for travel risk management
Three-quarters of travel buyers have little to no knowledge of the ISO 31030:2021, the new international guidance specific to travel risk management (TRM) and could potentially be missing important components of their TRM program, according to a recent BCD Travel survey from January. Only 14% of buyers have actually read the ISO 31030, and 11% are somewhat familiar.
