BCD appoints Danielle Russom as managing director for Australia and Singapore
SINGAPORE, August 18, 2025 – Leading travel management company BCD Travel announced today the appointment of Danielle Russom as managing director for Australia and Singapore.
With more than 20 years of experience in commercial leadership across the Asia Pacific region, Russom brings a wealth of expertise in business growth, client management and team development. Prior to this role, she served as vice president of GBT Select APAC, where she successfully led large-scale teams and delivered strong results in customer engagement and operational performance.
In her new role, Russom will lead BCD’s operations across both Australia and Singapore. Her strategic mandate includes accelerating growth and deepening BCD’s market presence in Australia, while continuing to strengthen the company’s footprint in Singapore. Her appointment reflects BCD’s commitment to investing in regional leadership that drives sustainable growth and delivers exceptional value to clients.
“Danielle’s proven track record in commercial strategy and her deep understanding of the APAC market make her an outstanding choice to lead our business in these key regions,” said Greg O’Neil, president, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Global Network at BCD. “We are confident that her leadership will further accelerate our growth and enhance our service delivery across Australia and Singapore.”
“I’m excited to lead BCD’s next chapter in Australia and Singapore – two markets rich with opportunity and innovation,” said Russom. “As the corporate travel landscape continues to evolve, we have a unique chance to redefine how we deliver value to our clients, empower our people and shape the future of business travel in the region. I look forward to building on our strong foundation and driving transformative growth together with our teams.”
Russom will be based in Sydney, Australia and will work closely with local and regional teams to drive commercial success, deepen customer relationships and support talent development across both markets. She reports directly to Greg O’Neil.
