Leading global travel management company BCD Travel today announced a significant expansion in the number of offerings in its SolutionSource platform. With recent additions, SolutionSource customers now have access to 19 innovative third-party technology providers—adding six new options since the year began. Over 300 clients have implemented one or more SolutionSource technology partners into their program.

Leading global business travel management company BCD Travel today announced the promotion of Thane Jackson to Senior Vice President of Global Distribution Strategy, and Lesley O’Bryan to Senior Vice President of Advito. Both assume their new roles effective immediately.

BCD Travel has signed an agreement with Qantas Airways to participate in the Qantas Channel. The agreement applies to all individual global distribution system bookings, and BCD now is finalizing required agreements with individual GDSs.

BCD Travel has signed an agreement to take a majority ownership in Japan. The agreement gives BCD controlling interest in their operations in Japan, one of the Asia-Pacific region’s most important markets for corporate travel.
