BCD Travel’s UK and Ireland Managing Director Claudia Jackson named to ITM Board of Directors
UTRECHT, The Netherlands, May 14, 2026 – BCD Travel’s Managing Director of the U.K. and Ireland, Claudia Jackson, has been appointed to the Institute of Travel Management (ITM) Board of Directors. Jackson joined the board on May 3, 2026.
As a supplier board member, Jackson will represent the supplier community on an ITM board that is structured to balance travel buyer and supplier perspectives. Her experience across customer operations, supplier relationships, traveler care and managed travel program delivery gives her a broad view of the opportunities and challenges across managed travel today.
“ITM has played an important role throughout my career, both as a source of learning and as a community that brings the industry together,” said Jackson. “Joining the board is an opportunity to contribute to an organization that cares deeply about the future of managed travel and the people working within it. There is a huge amount of change happening across our sector and I’m looking forward to helping ITM support and guide its members through that.”
Since 1956, ITM has served as the collective voice of the U.K. and Ireland business travel community, bringing buyers and suppliers together to support education, share insight, shape best practice and strengthen collaboration across the sector.
“As ITM enters its 70th years, the role of the board is not only to guide the association through a period of significant change, but also to protect the sense of community, warmth and connection that has defined ITM for many years,” said ITM CEO Scott Davies. “Our board members are custodians of that responsibility, and Claudia’s experience, perspective and genuine passion for the industry will be a tremendous asset as we look ahead to the next stage of the association’s journey.”
BCD has maintained a strong presence in the U.K. and Ireland since 2006, serving approximately 500 clients across sectors including media and entertainment, financial and professional services, life sciences, automotive and retail.
