BCD Travel and GE Vernova announce strategic global travel partnership
Global energy company selects BCD to manage corporate and crew travel across 106 countries
UTRECHT, The Netherlands, June 23, 2026 – BCD Travel has been selected as the global travel partner for GE Vernova Inc. (NYSE: GEV), following a strategic review of the company’s travel program. The move consolidates corporate and rotational crew workforce travel under a single global model and marks a major shift after more than 30 years with its incumbent provider.
The partnership brings together previously fragmented operations with multiple travel management providers under an integrated solution powered by BCD technology. This consolidation will streamline services across 106 countries and provide the capabilities, technology and scale for GE Vernova’s evolving travel program needs.

A major factor in the selection process was BCD’s ability to help GE Vernova improve traveler engagement, simplify booking and strengthen compliance through its Tripsource platform and strong co-innovation. The vision for the program combines a more intuitive booking experience with broader content access and the flexibility to adapt as GE Vernova continues to grow globally. The new program will support smarter travel decisions and improve data visibility.

GE Vernova’s energy business will use BCD’s TripPlanner technology to manage rotational workforce travel, helping simplify complex crew movements and significantly improve efficiency for travel teams and travelers. Through BCD ERM, GE Vernova will have access to specialist agents, crew travel technology, always-on connected servicing and access to specialist fares that will deliver significant savings and enhanced support for travelers.
